Change in the management 1980:
Mr. Ulrich Stahl (graduate industrial engineer) takes over the management from his brother Dr. Karl Eberhard Stahl and manages the company together with Mrs. Hedwig Gnann-Stahl. Development with patents of safety belts, towing belts, child car seats, lashing belts and special belts for different purposes are carried out.
Generation change in 1984:
Mrs. Hedwig Gnann-Stahl retires after 43 years of management. Mr. Ulrich Stahl becomes sole managing director, the generation change to the 3rd generation is successfully completed.
