- Founding of a limited liability company 1924: A limited liability company is founded. 25 people were employed. Expansion to include roller shutter belts.
- Takeover 1930: Mr. Carl Stahl takes over the company. Spindle tapes are added to the production programme.
In the next part of our series, we take a look at the years up to 1950.
