Babylon Bloom is a hanging system for flower boxes made of webbing that can be easily attached to any balcony railing.
The story behind it: The idea for Babylon Bloom emerged from a collaborative project with students of textile technology at Albstadt-Sigmaringen University. The concept of a user-friendly hanging system made from high-quality surplus webbing immediately won us over – so much so that we decided to take it into full-scale production.
Babylon Bloom is different: traditional flower box holders are mostly made of metal or rigid plastic, Babylon Bloom uses flexible straps that adapt to any railing without scratching it. With a UV resistance rating of 8, it far exceeds the industry standard. It is weather-resistant and can carry loads of up to 150 kg.
Our signal for more sustainability: After our NEO bag, Babylon Bloom is our second upcycling product. We create it from high-quality surplus webbing that we receive daily from large production runs – material far too valuable to discard. With Babylon Bloom, we turn these exceptional leftovers into a beautiful, functional product. The webbing is woven locally in Herbrechtingen, and the assembly also takes place at our site. The yarns, buckles, and flower boxes – available as a set – are all produced within the EU under transparent supply chains.
