The weaving mill
This is where it all began. Over a hundred years ago, the first weaving machine was put into operation to produce narrow webbing. Today, 50 weaving machines run here, producing 250 kilometers of webbing per day. In this department, 15 employees ensure that everything runs smoothly. As we produce for safety-relevant applications such as automotive and personal protection, our quality level is characterized by the highest safety standards. During the tear test, the safety belts must be able to withstand a load of at least 2.5 tons even after many years.
The confection
Our special area of expertise alongside weaving: confectioning. Whether it’s stamping, cutting, sewing, printing, or assembling – the possibilities for customization are limitless. Here, 26 employees transform woven straps into partially patented holding systems for both automotive and non-automotive semi-finished products, as well as finished products for consumer goods markets; for example, bags made from strap material are assembled here. With our CNC-controlled sewing machines, we can accommodate any individual customer requests.

The development
We love our work and are full of ideas. Our development team is creative and focuses on trends and current customer needs. For example, we were the first and only manufacturer in the industry to develop multi-colored lifestyle roller shutter belts in trendy colors with appealing textures.
